The Eight Apartments allows guests to choose between two cancellation policies when booking a property.

可退款: Guests must cancel at least 7 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund for all nights. If canceled after that, no refund.

不可退款: No refund will be granted upon cancellation, regardless of the time of cancellation.

* The Cleaning Fee will be refunded for any reservation cancellation, regardless of the cancellation policy.

** Credit card payments will be charged an extra fee of 3%.

Please Note: Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Security Deposit: A specific amount of security deposit will be transferred in bank transfer or blocked on your credit card prior to your arrival. It will be released up to 5 business days after your check-out date.
